OGDRAW #
OrganellarGenomeDraw (OGDRAW) is a tool used to create high quality visual representations of organellar genomes like the plastid (Plastome) or the mitochondrial (Chondriome) genome sequences from GenBank files or accession numbers. Also we can able to map the transcript abundance in the plastid genome. Simply it converts genetic information stored in GenBank entries to graphical maps. This tool is developed by Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology.
Features #
- Input: GenBank flat file or GenBank accession number
- Output: any figure file format
- Working time : 4-5 min (Dependending on the organellar genome size)
Involving 3 steps #
Step 1. Click the Start drawing directly #
Step 2. Upload the sequence file or just write down the GenBank accession number #
Step 3. Select the features of plastid genome that has been shown on graphical map. Also we can choose the restriction enzymes in that circular map. #
