개요 #
Maq(Mapping and Assembly with Quality)은 Sanger Center에서 개발한 assembly 알고리즘으로 short reads를 이용한 reference assembly에 주로 사용하며, de novo assembly는 할 수 없다. NGS 1세대 장비의 데이터 분석용으로 설계되었으며, 커맨드라인을 통해 설치 및 분석에 이용할 수 있다.
