Introduction #

본 논문에서는 Cancer에서 재발하는 mutation을 규명하여 널리 퍼져있는 다양성과 변이가 일어난 특이성을 밝히는 것에 대해 다룬다. 11,119개의 human tumor, 41개의 cancer type, 275개 유전자 중에서 470개의 somatic substitution hotspots 샘플을 분석하였다.
