개요 #
CTD(The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database)는 주위 환경에서 접할 수 있는 화학물질이 인체의 건강에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 위한 데이터베이스로 화학물질- 유전자, 화학물질-질환 및 유전자-질환 간 등의 연관성에 대한 과학적 문헌 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 유전자 기능 및 pathway 정보 등과도 연계되어 있다. 데이터베이스 검색 기능 이외에도 입력한 쿼리들 (화학물질, 질환 또는 유전자-최대 3개) 간 연관된 데이터들을 비교분석 할 수 있는 Venn Viewer, 사용자가 입력한 유전자들에 대한 CTD 데이터를 비교할 수 있는 MyGeneVeen 등의 비교분석 도구를 제공한다.
