1. agriGO, PAGE and SEACOMPARE는 모두 다른 종간의 분석이 가능하며 time-course 실험과 같은 multiple groups of experiments도 분석이 가능함.
2. 생물 45종과 데이터타입 292 종이 현재 서비스중.
